To "Governance":the Role Of Social Organizations In Promoting China’s Pharmaceutical Enterprises To Fulfill Their Social Responsibilities

Under the background of the adr in China frequently happen, it is necessary to research on corporate social responsibility of pharmaceutical enterprises in our country. By studying the status of the corporate social responsibility of pharmaceutical enterprises in our country, and analyse the existing problems from the perspective of social organization, mainly as follows:the laws and regulations are lack of binding; the interests of industry association’s own are against the public interests; the media credibility are against the short-term interests; social responsibility information disclosure is not smooth, industry management difficulties; information asymmetry in medical market, the relevant information is difficult to obtain by consumer. And on the basis of the theory of corporate social responsibility and governance theory, in-depth analysis, proposed the basic idea of the social organizations in our country promote the enterprise to perform their social responsibility:improve the incentive mechanism, promote enterprise self fulfilling social responsibility; strengthen the guidance and supervision of the industry association; strengthen the ability of involvement of other NGO organization; strengthen the role of social public opinion supervision; improve the information disclosure of pharmaceutical corporate social responsibility, strengthen the pharmaceutical enterprise governance.
