The Internet, which was called " the fourth media", is playing an attribute of ideology in the fields of political, economic and social life increasingly. It’s appearance and activity is affecting the construction of Socialist Democratic politics in China. At the same time, it’s diversity and complexity makes a higher claim and severer challenge for the government’s management of online public opinion. Under the background of the development of the Internet Media, the author makes a comprehensive study about the online public opinion management of our Party and Government. Meanwhile, the author observes and balances the relationships, analyzes the main problems existing in the current situation and seeks the way to solve them on the aspects of administrative mechanism, systems and so on, from the visual angle as a media people and an ordinary netizen, combining with the practice in the field of media.
