The Study On The Construction Of Care Service System For Rutal Left-behind Children

The problem of rural left-behind children is a social problem arising from the process of urbanization in China,and is highly valued by the state and society.Since 2010,the academic community has actively explored the construction of a care service system for rural left-behind children.This study takes Fangchenggang City as an example,conducts on-the-spot investigation through interviews and questionnaire surveys,and deeply understands the current situation of supply and demand of Fangchenggang's care service.It uses social support theory to analyze the existing dilemmas and causes,and proposes countermeasures to improve the construction of care service system.And suggestions to create a better environment for rural left-behind children.This study finds that the supply of care services in Fangchenggang City includes three aspects:establishing care service mechanism,building care service position and enriching care service content.The left-behind children's demand for care service is mainly divided into emotional care needs,educational content needs and mental health needs.The low supply efficiency of care services and the imbalance of supply and demand content are the development dilemma of the left-behind children's caring service system.The reasons include five aspects:low government effectiveness,poor family supervision,incomplete school care,weak community care,and weak professional social organization.In this regard,this study make suggestion to improve the care service system for rural left-behind children:Improve the government-led structure,improve the financial security mechanism and supervision and evaluation mechanism,and promote the return of parents of left-behind children to start a business;Implement the responsibility of family custody,improve the level of family custody;increase investment in rural education,strengthen campus care services;build neighborhood mutual help communities,give play to community care advantages;broadly absorb social forces to participate,play a group Organize and volunteer organizational advantages to promote the development of professional social organizations.
