| Since new requirements on Party’s style honesty building and anti-corruption have been proposed in the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the anti-corruption issue has become a hot spot in our country. With the rapid development of network media, the traditional anti-corruption means can not meet the anti-corruption requirement of network information age; therefore, network anti-corruption emerges at this historic moment, making anti-corruption means more diversified. Because of its openness, transparency as well as high efficiency and low cost, etc, the network anti-corruption has been widely accepted by citizens and government. The opening network public opinion platform allows citizens to fully exercise their supervision right and the right to know, to make interactive communication with government departments and participate in the fight against corruption. Zhou Yonggen’s extravagant cigarette, Han Feng’s diary scandal, Yang Dacai’s cousin issue, Lei Zhengfu’s indecent video and Chairman of China Resources Song Lin’s "being reported two times" and the other issues are successful anti-corruption cases reported by citizens who interact with government departments through the network. However, everything has a process of development. At present, the network has played a positive role in the anti-corruption campaign, at the same time, it still has some problems which need to be further improved. The virtuality and anonymity of the network platform, uneven netizens’ quality and the limitations of ideas, government departments’passivity and negativity to deal with network information, as well as imperfect relevant laws and regulations are not conducive for China’s government to interact with citizens in the network anti-corruption, which create obstacles to the smooth progress of network anti-corruption, having certain negative impact on China’s anti-corruption work. The anti-corruption work in China has great realistic significance through analyzing the interaction status quo of our network anti-corruption as well as discussing reasonable and effective interactive mechanism between the government and citizens.Based on literature review, this paper first clarifies the relative concepts of network anti-corruption and interactive mechanism between the government and citizens, making a clear analysis on relevant theoretical basis of interactive mechanism in network anti-corruption. The thesis then analyzes the current situation of our country’s network anti-corruption from an empirical perspective, choosing a typical anti-corruption case from network-- Wang Zhiwen made two real-name reporting against Chairman of China Resources Song Lin through microblog. By analyzing typical cases, it concludes that it is necessary for the government to interact with citizens in network anti-corruption, and there are also some deficiencies. Last but not the least, according to theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote interaction between the government and citizens in network anti-corruption and build sound interactive mechanism. |
