Study On The Innovation Of Internet-based Community Management

Community management is one important part of modern city management. The society stability, economic development and culture building of cities are comprehensive embodiment of good running and high efficient management of communities. Community management innovation and community service improvement, plays a very important rule in resolving society conflicts, promoting society harmony, improving people’s living standards and promoting city politics, economy and society development, and is the basic part to realize the Chinese national rejuvenation and the great Chinese Dream. It holds very important theory significance and practice value for innovation on traditional community management concept, management model, and management approach, and for providing more efficient and convenient service to shape virtual community management system and to realize high efficient information publishing, network interaction, online service based on modern information technology and internet platform. This article takes SIP as example to do wide and deep investigation,integrate theory with practice, researches the new subject of community management innovation based on internet, aims to combed and summarize the theoretical system on community management innovation under networking situation, to explore general rules combine with cases, and to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for modern community management innovation.At first, the research background and significance of this article were introduced; related concepts and theoretical bases were outlined next; and then, the four innovation areas in the internet community management, i.e. innovation in management concept, management system, management platform and management approach, were analyzed; finally, this article took the SIP (Suzhou Industrial Park) community as example for case study, testified related theories, and summarized the general rules of community management innovation, shaped the research conclusion of this article.
