Research On Social Organizations Of Suzhou Industrial Park Participating In Community Governance

Community governance refers to the common activities of the government,social organizations,community residents and the owners' committee and other organizations in the management of public affairs within certain region.The social organization,as one of the main body of community governance,has a particularly close contact with the community governance.They interact as both cause and effect.So to speak,without the participation of social organizations,there is no community governance.The social organization plays an increasingly important role in improving the community public service,optimizing the structure of community governance,promoting the community democratic autonomy and other community governance activities.Many scholars pay attention to social organization and community governance.There are a lot of theoretical research results on social organizations participating in community governance.Correspondingly,the results of empirical research are less.In Suzhou Industrial Park,construction of social organization started late,is developing rapidly in recent years but still not mature enough,which has played a definite but not significant role in the community governance.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to research on social organizations of Suzhou Industrial Park participating in community governance.Made a systematic review of the relevant research at home and abroad,this paper starts with the definition of the concept of social organization and community governance.Based on NGO theory,governance theory and new public service theory as the theoretical basis,the paper detailed introduces the four forms and the effects of social organizations of Suzhou Industrial Park participating in community governance,and deeply analyzes the problems and reasons existing in social organizations participating in community governance.To further establish and optimize the structure of social organizations,improve the institutional environment of social organizations participating in community governance,enhance the capacity and credibility of social organizations,build a good atmosphere of residents to actively participate,and effectively implement the vital function of social organizations participating in community governance.
