In recent years,with the rapid social and economic development of suzhou industrial park and the large-scale agglomeration of urban population,housing and industry,it is inevitable to face such problems as urban traffic congestion,traffic safety and environmental pollution.As a demonstration zone for china-singapore cooperation,suzhou industrial park has been leading the way in reform and opening up in the whole city,the whole province and even the whole country.The management committee of the park has fully absorbed the advanced experience of road traffic management at home and abroad.This paper mainly selects the road traffic management of suzhou industrial park to carry out the research.In this paper,through literature research,case analysis,comparative study,such as research methods,studied the domestic and foreign road traffic management system,information management system of road traffic mode,the path of the realization of rule by law,and the traffic safety propaganda education,etc.,comprehensively summarized the suzhou industrial park road traffic management present situation,the characteristic practice and success,profoundly pointed out the source of government in the construction of road traffic planning,unscientific,inadequate infrastructure,road traffic in key areas,the management solution to the problem of road and stubborn,needs to improve informatization construction problems such as limited,It also analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of subject,object,method and system of road traffic management in the park.Finally,this paper puts forward the improvement measures of road traffic management in suzhou industrial park.In terms of promoting the formation of a multi-coordinated road traffic management pattern from the perspective of the subject,it is proposed to promote the substantive operation of the park traffic committee and the"one office and six committees",strictly implement the corporate principal responsibility,and establish a socialized collaborative linkage mechanism.In terms of establishing the comprehensive source management mode of "precise control+cloud service+linkage publicity" from the perspective of object,it proposes to strengthen the construction of law enforcement,service and publicity system of road traffic.In the aspect of promoting the deep integration of intelligent transportation construction and management application from the perspective of method,it is proposed to promote the integration and sharing of big data,improve the practical application ability of data,strengthen the operation and maintenance management of information data and improve the informatization application ability of business personnel in government departments In terms of promoting the introduction of special policies on road traffic management from the perspective of system,this paper puts forward the policies on regulating traffic demand and supply management,introducing the development policies of local intelligent transportation industry,and improving the policies on talent cultivation.
