On this basis the residents are culturally bred and thus a new community identity emerges, which makes it possible for Baibuting Community to become an autonomous warm home in which all individuals are highly valued rather than a governmental entity.The building practice of Baibuting Community through the culture construction, which has important promotional value and theoretical significance. It will make a positive difference on the new community management in our country. It is the inevitable choice of individualized society.
