Wuhan City Public Service From The Perspective Of Community Culture

Community Cultural Development in China is still in the initial exploratory phase of reform and opening up, the CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to strengthening the material and spiritual civilization with both hands. In the current construction of harmonious society and the creation of civilized cities, community cultural development plays an important role. Community building in our current strategy, community culture is increasingly becoming the core of community building. The guiding principle is to grasp the community building of spiritual civilization, culture, starting from the community, and create a healthy cultural atmosphere, in order to meet the growing spiritual and cultural community needs. Therefore, community cultural construction in people’s socialization, play an important role in the process of modernization as an important part of community building and an integral part.This paper is divided into five parts were discussed.The first part of the introduction. Questions, analysis of progress, defining the relevant concepts and summarizes research ideas and methods of this article.The second part of Wuhan City, the years in the cultural development in the community’s achievements. After so many years of tireless efforts and explore, Wuhan City in the Community Cultural Development has made many significant achievements, to solve many have been community cultural studies are exploring issues such as community cultural concept of continuous change; the Community Cultural Development System Innovation; community culture increased investment in construction; community has improved the quality of cultural workers; community cultural activities have become increasingly rich and so on.Wuhan City, the third part discusses the process of cultural construction in the community, and achieved gratifying results, but also there are always new problems, these problems are our cultural development process in the community can not be avoided, mainly in the following aspects of community cultural development policies and regulations are not perfect; thinking understanding and management of conceptual bias; management system and operation mechanism needs improvement; Community Cultural Development in the effective integration of resources did not; community culture weakening; Community Cultural Development Team instability; community-based cultural workers need to raise the quality, etc.The fourth part summarizes the good in the community, some experience in cultural construction, as well as the experience of the Chinese Community Cultural Construction.Part Ⅴ of comprehensive and systematic manner in many ways, cultural construction in the community for the problems, puts forward corresponding countermeasures, Wuhan by the community specified period of time to start a more in-depth cultural investigation of a certain theory, efforts to the theory of building a rich culture of the community, then our society more harmonious.
