The Change Of Village’s Power Structure After The Entry Of A Enterprise

In the process of modernization of China, the capital of villages is changing along with the development of socialization and modernization of rural area. The overall trend of village capital is increasing, which will make profound changes in the political, economic and social development. The arrival of the enterprise brings a lot of interests for the country. Every interest class begins to pursue a series of new benefits, breaking down the original political balanced pattern. The relationship between resources change and power structure becomes a significant research subject. The research which bases on the relationship between resources growth and power structure is important for our transitional country, especially for the stability of the rural areas. Based on an example of a village in the northwest of Henan Province, this paper will study the effect of power structure which brings by the village capital changing. In the opinion of the paper, the arrival of the enterprise brings the change of the village’s capital which then brings the change of the power structure. Overall, the village’s power structure realizes the transition of "stability-instability-stability". In this process, the interest is the key line, villagers and village cadres are the subjects and the election of the villager’s committee is the vector.This paper is divided into three parts:introduction, text and epilogue. The introduction writes the reason why choose this topic, research values,research methods and the general situation of the village. The main body of the paper describes the process of enterprise’s arrival. In this process, the each subject takes different actors; after the arrival the enterprise, the different beneficiaries in the village competes with each other around the benefits which brings by the enterprise. Then the village’s power structure become unstable. Soon afterwards, the emergence of a elite changes the situation and makes the power structure towards stable. The conclusion analyses the process of the village’s power structure’s change and explains the effect of the capital changing. The variety of the village’s capital not only changes the power structure, but also leads to the appearance of the factional politics and elites’mobilization.
