Stakeholders:to Explore The Economic Basis Of Effective Realization Form Of Villager Autonomy

This paper uses Xishan agency of Dongfu Town as a case study, and carries out the activity of " Beautiful Xiamen, Together to create " for background.Through combing the transformation process of creating activities in Xishan agency, the author found that the Xishan agency as a pilot village experienced a confused period, a adaptation period, a high tide period, a stable period, a harvest period of five stages in creating period.For a start,villagers in order to protect their own interests,taken don’t understand, don’t trust, uncompromising attitude to create activities,but at last though identifying the needs of the villagers by soliciting comments,creating a demonstration households to eliminate the villagers alert,and removing the pigsty to find a breakthrough,let the villagers changed avoiding and dodge into support and welcome,to formed a good situation that all the villagers participated in create activities,and provided " Xishan mode " to resolve the plight of rural governance.To this end,this paper takes the perspective of stakeholder as the starting point,tries to use the interests of villagers and the villager autonomy studied together, and through showing the process of "the game of interests"," the dialogue of interest", "the realization of interests", "the shared interests", to explore the induced factors that why can villager autonomy finally landed in Xishan.And divides the villagers into three class,the direct beneficiaries, indirect beneficiaries and damage the interests, according to the villagers’ interests of game, coordination and balance. The basic conclusion:Stake-holder is economic basis of effective realization form of villager autonomy,and the related interest has a close relationship with the effective autonomous.In addition, the relevance of interests can improve the villager’s participation consciousness and ability better.
