The Study On Current WTO Trade-facilitation Regulation

With the prosperity of the international trade, members of international trade become more and more stick closer to each other than ever. Otherwise, the complicated Custom procedures and trading documents which regarded as the invisible barrier and the symbol of trade protectionism, is affecting intensively to the international trade and overriding the cooperation to reaching win-win tendency. In order to eliminate these barriers and establish a well-organized international trade facilitation system. many extraordinary contributions have been made.China has became the world second largest economy and played an important role in the global trading markets since joined the WTO for more than ten years. Whereas the fact is that China is still a developing country and facing down towards almost every aspect of international trade facilitation negotiation, which reveal the necessity of global downwards-trade-facilitation between China and developed countries and the regional and intercontinental economy development between China and developing countries all round the world.This dissertation focuses on the concept of international trade facilitation, the similarity and difference between trade facilitation and trade liberalization, the regulation of <GATT 1994> and a series of current problems and solutions of downwards-trade-facilitation.
