Compared with the traditional education in our country, the higher vocational colleges students, after graduation, are facing the technology level of the whole society, the new graduates should not only possess relevant theoretical knowledge, but also have strong practical ability, so, graduates of higher vocational colleges and universities should be in conformity with the social needs of the practical and technical talents. That is to say, results of higher vocational colleges compared with the results of the secondary vocational education, move on a higher level. After years of development, the special team in higher vocational colleges develops fast and well. In recent years, the number of higher vocational college enrollment is increasing year by year. According to the relevant departments of the data, it shows that our country by the end of 2008, at the request of the Ministry of Education in our country, the local independently set up more than 1200 vocational and technical colleges, it accounted for the proportion of our total number of national institutions of higher learning to about 70%. More than 13 million students are in higher vocational colleges, which the number is more than half of the total number of college students in colleges and universities. However, the current employment situation is increasingly serious in our country, so the birth of vocational colleges is just adapted to this situation, which is the result of a good will.In our country, the current the Ministry of Education pays special attention to this kind of new type of higher vocational education, which has the higher vocational education as a strategic focus of the whole education work in colleges and universities and puts it as the important basis for the development of the whole society. From national emphasis we can see this kind of new vocational education is in the current practical value and important position in the development of socialist modernization. But we should also be conscious to, for any kind of education system and the system in the world there are some drawbacks, so the higher vocational education will be no exception. The author anal sizes, in view of the quality of higher vocational college students in institutions of higher learning, all sorts of problems and so on, besides, we have a lot of obvious defects in the legal education of students of higher vocational colleges, in the long run, it will be bad for the healthy development of vocational education in our country. Therefore, to solve these problems, the author puts forward some improvement measures, hopes can do a little for the vocational education in contemporary society, and hopes that our country’s higher vocational colleges can gradually develop to standardization and rationalization level.This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part mainly elaborates our country’s law education is of great importance in higher vocational colleges, in this part, the theory is strong. So the value of the higher vocational college students has not been recognized correctly and higher vocational college students also have no right to realize their own value, they despise themselves, with immature thoughts,although having strong sense of social responsibility; At the same time, we also want to see that most schools don’t have enough emphasis and most vocational colleges attach great importance to the higher vocational students in school of professional and technical level, so the focus of the course setting becomes the school’s focus on teaching. To some extent, the installation of the legal system education is ignored and the most terrible is that school do not value to instill the idea of legal education to the students in the higher vocational colleges. The author has the knowledge of the characteristics of higher vocational college students, so this study solves from our higher vocational colleges education form and all the aspects of subject setting. The higher vocational college students appeared in our country fall foul of the law behavior thought tendency to deeply understand, the author studies its causes, summarizes relevant opinions and puts forward suggestions.The author studies the purpose of this subject to advocate to strengthen the legal education for students in higher vocational colleges and to improve higher vocational students’ legal quality, and gradually improve the comprehensive strength of higher vocational students, helps students who can have the ability to adapt to the contemporary society, which is the basic requirement of the construction of a harmonious society in our country.
