The Study Of Workers’ Rights Protection Mechanism In State-owned Enterprises

In this article, the author investigated Song’s case deeply,and concluded that Song’s experience is not just because of accidental factors, but also has profound institutional reasons.In the introduction,the author explained the reasons and implications why he or she researches on the workers’rights protection mechanisms of state-owned enterprises,concluded the latest research in this area, and introduced the research framework and research methods.In this article, the author researched on the specificity, regularity of the workers’ rights protection mechanisms of state-owned enterprises,from the foundation of the country to recent years.At the same time,the author analysis the workers rights protection mechanisms,disadvantage of the Labor Union, Workers Congress, the Party and Government Organs, Judicial Authorities, Mass Media, Social Organizations, and the reason which causes these.At last, the author gave us some suggestions on how to make the workers rights protection mechanisms of state-owned enterprises works better, with amending laws and regulations, reforming organization, smoothing relief channels and so on.
