The government’s new media age the most convenient interactive platform of the government and the people. Weibo is a representative of the new media, have the effect of the dissemination of national culture,convey people’s feelings, to eliminate misunderstanding, maintain national unity and stability. So it has important research significance. "Hami release" as the national minority area government official micro-blog, in the performance of government micro-blog basic functions at the same time, knowledge popularization and propaganda of the unique culture of minority area, have a prominent role on the recording, communication, carry forward the excellent national culture, protection. This paper aims to analyze the "Hami issue" micro-blog basic content, form, fans, forwarding quantity, interactive comment form, national culture related micro-blog proportion, the topic set, etc., analysis of government of the minority nationality regions micro-blog content characteristics, and analyzes its existing problems.This paper is divided into four parts. To the first part defines concepts related to this design, so that the analysis of strict. The general situation of the development of the E-government micro-blog are briefly summarized, and the "development of Hami issued" to introduce.
