And the examiner training has not been formed a unitary system. scoring what is more scoring method and the way of declaring produce an effect on score. Finally, the author suggest that position analysis questionnaire (PAQ) and position analysis data collection will increasing accuracy. Actual performance index quantification of leading cadres is the only standard of qualification for the exam. The author add points factor’s second class indicators and define different rating scores to avoid incorrigible scores. In addition, the author thinks that we should be put the psychologists into the examiner and launch the technical training actively.
