The Study Of Social Management Issuse In Ningxia Ecological Resettlement Areas

Since Ningxia Middle-southern areas began to implement ecological migration constructive projects, various regions and departments constant innovate new system for how to exploit immigrants and complete policy instruction actively. They focus on boost project’s construction and develop education and training.Meanwhile,they pay attention to develop pillar industries, start immigrants moving implementation step by step.In order to make sure ecological migration carry out,they strengthen social service and management practically.However.ecological migration is not just change immigrants’ living places.the resettlement regions still have many problems about social management,for example.the construction of the grassroots level is not completed,the contradiction among the society is not solved", the public service and social insurance system need to improve.This thesis regard Ningxia ecological migration resettlement region as the research subject,start from "Social Management",adopt literature research methodology,questionnaire method,over all system research method,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method,with the aid of Governance Theory, The New Public Service Theory, Social Capital Theory. According to the research route which is "present questions—find theoretical foundations—analyze questions—solve questions",discuss how to solve the obstacles of social management in ecological migration resettlement areas in Ningxia.The first part is regard to present what problems resettlement areas have in Ningxia, that is clear the research subject, determine research thinking and methods. The second part is mainly talk about scientists whose from domestic and international countries, they study rural areas and resettlement regions problems by Social Theory and practical measures to solve the problems, which is the theory foundation in this thesis. The third part is regard ecological administration as the center, establish social management theory frame and evaluate system for ecological migration resettlement regions in Ningxia.The fourth part is mainly analyze what problems the resettlement region have,combined with practical situation,study what factors has affect social management in that region.The fifth part is to the problems the resettlement region have,give advises to modify the situation,in order to complete and innovate social management in ecological migration resettlement region, in Ningxia.
