Research On The Construction Of Social Support Network Of Farmers And Herdsmen In The Process Of Ecological Migration

The economy of Ordos is developing rapidly,and the problems of environmental pollution and ecological damage are being paid more and more attention by the government and the masses,especially in some semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral areas,water shortages,poor land,and desertification of pastures have become prominent.The production and life of farmers and herdsmen have been affected Restrictions.In order to stabilize economic development and take the road of sustainable development,the Ordos Municipal Government divided the city into three main functional areas for agriculture and animal husbandry,namely,prohibited development zones,restricted development zones,and optimized development zones in 2007.Among them,prohibited development zones and restricted development zones As the key implementation area of the ecological migration policy.As a pilot area for ecological migration,Town S has implemented migration since 2008.So far,has the project achieved the expected goal? What are the problems with implementation? Is the social support network for farmers and herdsmen perfect?How does social work intervene in the solution? There is a lack of effective research.This article intends to conduct field research on the above issues.From the perspective of administrative logic,farmers and herdsmen in Town S have successfully migrated from farming and pastoral areas to urban communities,and the ecological migration project has been completed.However,from the perspective of social work,ecological migration is accompanied by economic and cultural adjustments,production and lifestyle changes.Transformation is a gradual process.Due to the rupture of social relations in old communities and the "obstruction" of social relations in new communities,immigrant farmers and herdsmen are facing the problem of insufficient social support.Therefore,through field investigation and research on the ecological immigration project in S Town,this article discovers its existing problems,causes,and the actual needs of farmers and herdsmen.From the perspective of social support theory,this article proposes methods and techniques for social work to intervene in ecological immigration.It has built a complete social support network to further enhance the effectiveness of ecological migration and promote the stable development of the regional economy.
