From construction of new countryside to construction of beautiful village, China pays more attention to rural development.With the advent of new normal economy and new urbanization, it makes rural development more focused on intensive land use, equalization of urban and rural services, and environmental protection.As is well-known, rural regions is a place where its landform and resources are diversity,its ecological environment deteriorate,development issues of it is manifold.And these factors constraints rural development.At the same time, development directions of rurals caused by these factors are also different. Based on a variety of factors, how to solve problems of various types of rural and determine their development directions is a question needs to be addressed.Under the guidance of theory of new rural development,theory of sustainable development, regional differentiation theory and theory of ecological civilization and with the intention of building the beautiful countryside,paper use integrated methods of space overlay and cluster analysis to study problem of dividing types of regional rural development.Paper takes Qintang district as research object, using landforms figure, river distribution figure, resources distribution figure, water conservation importance evaluation figure, soil keep importance evaluation figure, rocky of sensitivity evaluation figure, bio diversity important protection evaluation figure for space stack reset to get stack reset results;taking villages for evaluation unit and natural conditions, resources status, economic social development, land improved direction, environmental protection direction this 5 aspects to construct a poly class analysis indicators system to get result of cluster analysis by cluster analysis.Paper combine the two resule integrated to get the final result of types of regional rural development of Qintang district. At last,types of rural development of Qintang district can be divided into Plains class, Mountains class, Hill class and subdivided into 15 two-level type. After that,the result show:firstly integrated method can well divide types of rural development which meet actual;secondly landforms and resources type is important basis of dividing types of rural development, during rural development,it must focus on using resources with reason;thirdly ecological environment is a factor which restrict rural development,in the process of rural development, it must pay attention to coordination development of environment, population and economic;fourthly types of rural development of China are diverse, study on types of rural development can be in-depth research.
