With the development of weibo this emerging media, largely changed the traditional way of media communication, for the government, the thinking of the past is a top-down dissemination idea, through the government information unilateral transmission platform, and people who plays in the very great degree the recipient’s identity, so the emergence of the medium of weibo,is to a certain extent, changed the relationship between the government and the public. Weibo say to make each user has equal share facts, expose the truth, evaluation, especially the combination of weibo and mobile applications, make everyone is likely to be deep throat, become a live broadcast. Every twitter account is expressed concern eyes and mouth, weibo now to nearly three hundred million the number of users, which means that there are nearly three hundred million people at any time are likely to play a exposure, especially the so-called "citizen journalists".In this case, we need to study government affairs weibo for government image shaping value. This paper is divided into four main aspects of content:In the introduction and first chapter, we firstly introduced in this paper, the research value and practical significance, so in this case, we need to have theory value, and deeply analyzes the content of the theory.In the second chapter, we are in communication related theory, to analyze the government affairs micro blog shaping the value of the government image, specifically including the propagation characteristics of weibo and e-government weibo image shaping the role of the government.The third chapter, we are more based on the empirical standpoint, to analyze the government affairs micro blog in the specific application of government image mold, select the Beijing municipal public security bureau weibo- @ peace Beijing as the research object. From the weibo release strategy, operations,etc,to provide the corresponding revelation, that on the one hand, the content of the more combined with the specific application, is also one of our interesting content.In chapter 4, we need through the analysis of the above content, to get government affairs of government image creation path.
