The Research On Government Network Image-building Of Dalian

With the popularity of the Internet, the network has become an important part of daily life. Local governments also began to actively promote the use of the network to open and propagate the related policies. Local governments establish official websites to facilitate people to understand information of government and to strengthen the communication with public. However, currently the local governments have some inadequacies in shaping the network image, which not only affect the image of the government's network image but also affect the implementation of government policies. So it is necessary to study how to create a good image of the local government network.This paper researches on the network image in shaping of Dalian and begins with a detailed explanation of key words and the value of this research, and propose ideas of this article, the contents and methods. The paper expounds the theory overviews of the dissemination of image of the government, summarizes the situation at home and abroad, and discusses the influence of the network media in shaping and disseminating of the image of contemporary governments. This paper adopts questionnaire and summarized measures to study the situation of Dalian government on the network media, and analyses in-depth the situation and characters. Summing up the problems in shaping the image of the local government of Dalian City, the paper combines with the findings to analyze the reasons. With qualitative research method, the paper researches on the countermeasures to deal with such problems in shaping the image of Dalian and proposes that the government should strengthen the government network construction, and improve the release mechanism and supervision mechanism of government information. Finally the paper draws the conclusion, points out the innovation and lack, and prospects for the future research.
