Social Work Serves The Pension Agency

Since twenty-first Century, With the serious of the aged phenomenon in our country and gradual change in concept of retirement,so the demand for pension services is increasing.Now China’s endowment services exist deficiencies, the idea and methods of social work comply with the service the development of pension agency needs. In order to conduct a research of how to use the concepts and methods of social works to serve our China’s institutional pension service.In this paper,taking a pension institutions in Yidu as an example, Discussion in pension institutions of case work’s method and program.In practical work, using an old people who stay at a nursing home in Yidu City as the object,intervening mechanism and the target groups from a professional perspective, working out the work plan and method.Through the start-up stage, expansion stage, end of stage of the work and the interview to solving all aspects of the physiological problems, adjusting attitude and reshaping self-confidence.At the same time, summarizing the work of pension institutions social experience,and knowing that the social work plays important role in pension institutions,analysis of some problems in the pension institutions’service of social work,according to the case service practice, reflection on social work intervention in pension agency services.To provide ideas and the long-term development for the smooth operation of the case work in the pension mechanism.
