Research On The Integration Of Migrant Workers In Cities

Migrant workers have many new characteristics in today’s conditions, although the academic circle has made many valuable research to our country into the city, but there are still some shortcomings and need to be strengthened. Therefore, there may be a problem in the city of our city environment, to promote the city construction in China in the future there will be a very active effect.In this paper, based on previous studies, using his own working practice, through the study of literature, empirical method, firstly, migrant workers groups were defined, and re explains the definition and connotation of city integration, analyzes the significance of migrant workers into the city, then a detailed analysis of the migrant workers into the city of H present situation, mainly analyzed from three aspects of social psychology, the main obstacle, system obstacle, which reveals the main factors restricting migrant workers into the city, the city of H, finally puts forward the specific proposals, put forward by strengthening the reform of the household registration system, the system of eliminating the cost of migrant workers into the city. The protection of the rights and interests, perfect laws and regulations, to ensure the interests of migrant workers in the labor law, strengthen the social insurance laws and regulations, increase the sense of security of migrant workers into the city, to promote the improvement of skills training and education system, improve the migrant workers’ skills and ability to adapt to a variety of measures, to improve China’s migrant workers into the city’s current situation.
