Guiding Business:Linking The Village Households Reconstruction And Village Governance Authority

Establishment of People’s Republic of China, especially in the beginning of reform and opening up in 1978, breaks the traditional social structure in rural areas, rural society original "structure" is becoming increasingly blurred.
