Empirical Research Of China Governance System Democratic Innovation Since 1980’s

This paper argues that democratic governance system innovation happened in our country is to respond to the needs of the social democratic governance Since the reform and opening up.Our democratic governance system include party system..government system,mass organizations system,social democratic governance system.Innovation of democratic governance system is a process of constantly improving and adjustinggovernance capabilities of the system Under the leadership of CCP. With the innovation of democratic governance system, democratic governance is implemented, the function of democratic governance system has gradually developed and perfected. The innovation of China’s democratic governance system is to eventually construct cooperative social order through the introduction of various forms of governance mechanism since 1980’s. this paper answer the experience of democratic system of governance innovation through summarize the results of the democratic process of governance reforming. The frist experience take incremental development approach by meeting the actual needs of the community participation, combinating top-level design and grassroots innovation, the second is to uphold the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the third is that the innovation of democratic governance system is the process of self-improvement of socialism,the forth is to attention to enhance the ability of governance body.
