| The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China studied the major issues of "adhering to and improving the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,and advancing the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities",and drew a grand blueprint for realizing the modernization of national governance.Democratization is an important manifestation of the modernization of national governance and an important standard for measuring the modernization of national governance.At the same time,since the reform and opening up,my country’s main contradictions have been transformed.This not only provides new opportunities for democratic governance of the country,but also poses new challenges.Therefore,The democratic governance of socialist countries is a practical issue.With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up,Western governance thoughts continue to erode China’s mainstream ideology through the concealment of its "outer packaging" and the complexity of its content,and impact people’s perception of socialist core values.Ideology is related to the banner,the road,and the country’s political security.As a socialist country,we must clearly adhere to the guiding position of the Marxist country’s democratic governance ideology.Therefore,the democratic governance of a socialist country is also a theoretical issue.Based on this,this article has carried out a research on the democratic governance thoughts of socialist countries by Marxist classic writers through the method of literature research,historical analysis,theory and practice.First,it studies the theoretical origins of Marxist classic writers’ thoughts on democratic governance in socialist countries;second,studies the basic content of Marxist classic writers’ thoughts on democratic governance in socialist countries;next,studies how to correctly understand Marxist classics on socialist countries.Democratic governance thought;finally,I studied how to adhere to the democratic governance thought of socialist countries by the classic Marxist writer. |
