Study On The Plight And Countermeasures Of Aphasia Of Ideological And Political Education Of Urban Community In China

With the further development of socialist market economy and the continuous advancement of urbanization in our country, more and more "unit person" go back into society and into urban communities. They gradually adapted to the identity transformation from "unit person" to "social person" and "community person". As an important living area for urban residents, urban community has become an important link between citizens and society. A "family-community-society" hierarchical structure has been formed. Community construction becomes an important content of building a harmonious socialist society, and community service becomes an important area in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. Urban community ideological and political education is an important part of urban community spiritual civilization construction, and it is also a subsystem of the system that urban community construction, which directly contributes to the community’s stability and development. Under the background of practising the socialist core values, the importance of ideological and political education in urban community has been highlighted once again.After 20 years’ development, the subsystem, ideological and political education of urban communities in China, has had many essential factors, which includes educators, education content, education objects, and agencies such as carriers and methods. However, nowadays, with fast development of knowledge economy and science, considering the ideological and political education’s function and effect, it is sinking into the part aphasia condition. This paper which is from the perspective of "three elements", including educators、educatee、the mediators, focused on the social reality, and based on literature analysis and field survey, tries to explore the countermeasures of the aphasia of ideological and political education of urban community in ChinaFirst of all, this paper redefines the scope of the concept of "ideological and political educators in urban communities" on the basis of the comprehensive domestic and foreign related researches, putting the community, property management companies, owners’ committee, the enterprise’s management and localities, volunteers into the ideological and political part-time-educators. Then, it analyses the current situation of the plight of aphasia of ideological and political education in urban communities. Secondly, with economic foundation and superstructure, the paper analyses the reasons of the plight of the aphasia of ideological and political education of urban communities in China from the subjective and objective aspects. Thirdly, it puts forward series of countermeasures and methods from five aspects to help the ideological and political education to get out of the plight of aphasia, including educators, education means and methods, education environment and support, the educatee, the basic principles and traditions of the ideological and political education under the background of the new trends of medias.
