China is facing economic growth’transformation and upgrading, the government service shift regulation to service-oriented governance. How to use the public resources to revitalize the economic development, and enhance the efficiency of public service supply, achieve social justice is biggest problem. This thesis will explored the theory in this context the supply of regional public service coordination mechanisms, practices, and practical feasibility.This thesis will examine the current supply of public service problem, combine with the current situation and distinctive levels of economic development and urbanization and regional systems. Analyze the possibility of achievement of China’s Yangtze River in central city group regional public service supply integration mechanism, countermeasure and search for public service demand distribution problem and solve the best path cake rising.In the first part of this thesis will introduce the research background and significance, and home and abroad research status home and abroad, and the innovation of research method of this thesis.The second part of this thesis relates to concept and definition, the thesis also would exposed the basic theory systematic, it include that:public service supply theory, group theory cities, local government collaborative governance theory.
