These people and their families aremeritorious.They devoted their youth to protect our homes and defend ourcountry, some bled on the battlefield, some injured in training, they are themost lovely people, and the most worthy of the favored ones. For their care,reflected the political quality, the stability of people’s lives, it is a matter ofnational harmony and stability. This system is an important system of theCommunist Party of China created, during the revolutionary war, theCommunist Party of China lead the revolution to success, is inseparable withthe preferential policy. Also in the peace constructionperiod,this system is notonly to expand the people’s forces and strengthening national defenseconstruction function, but also has the role of maintaining social stability.There are a lot of important and difficult problem in present work, the moreimportant is the medical security.Medical security work is an importantcontent of this system, it related to the vital interests of the family, it hasstrategic significance to stabilize the morale of the troops, boost morale andstrengthen national defense construction,it has important significance topromote a harmonious society and significance of the among others work.However, though the special work to develop and make greatachievements,there is still a wide gap existing between the medical securitylevel and the actual needs.With the establishment of socialist market economy, the relative weakening material interest adjustment and peacetime defenseconcept, in the weak status of entitled groups lack of policy protectionefforts.Most of this object into the special difficulties because of the generalaging, further increase the difficulty of medical security.
