| As one of the basic part of the civil servants, the township civil servants are the frontline implementers of government policies and directly in touch with the public. Today, the country is promoting the concepts such as "People-oriented","harmonious society" and the "new rural construction". This requires the township civil servants have higher administrative ethics. Although most of the township civil servants have good administrative ethics, there are still some township civil servants immoral in administrative ethics. It will make against the construction of "harmonious society" in some extent and damage the impression of the party and government. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on the status of administrative ethics of the township civil servants. This paper focuses on administrative immorality of the township civil servants and proposes some solutions to improve the quality of the township civil servants.This paper is divided into five parts, the details are as follows:Chapter one Introduction. It introduces the background and the significance, research on dynamic, research methods, innovations and the weak areas.Chapter two introduces the relevant theory of the administrative ethics of the township civil service servants, includes the definition and characteristics of the township civil servants, the connotation of administrative ethics of the township civil servants.Chapter three analyzes some performances of administrative immorality of the township civil servants. For example, some of the township civil servants work not well, isolated from the public, weak sense of public, irresponsible and even harm their interests.Chapter four analyzes the reasons of administrative immorality of the township civil servant. It includes the factors of institutional mechanisms, history and culture, economy.Chapter five describes the measures of administrative immorality of the township civil servants in detail. The measures include four parts:accelerate the institutionalization and legalization construction, improve the monitoring systems and establish a relatively fair treatment system. |
