Ecological civilization thought is a new form of civilization in the21st century. In China, with the rapid development of economy and technology, we are face a series of ecological problems, which it threat and restricts the survival and development of mankind. This makes how to overcome it become the focus of the concern of our country and around the world. Hu Jintao first proposed ecological civilization though as the goal of building a well-off society in the17th National people’s Congress. Then he put forward to ecological civilization strategic thought in the18th National people’s Congress.Hu Jintao ecological civilization thought is helpful to the sustainable development of China’s future, but also lay the theoretical and practical significance for the full realization of a well-off society.
