Population healthy is the reflection of society overall strength, and the result of multiple factors. The middle-aged villages have a dual-role of supporting older and feeding younger as well. Their physical condition decides our society’s development. Therefore, the healthy level of middle-aged village was concerned. Under urban-rural dual system,this paper was designed to study healthy condition in B village in Henan province. Using questionnaire and interview to know something about people’s physical conditions. Finding that people’s physical conditions is still in a low level. NCD has became a kind of disease which influence people most. The prevalence rate in B village in middle-aged has reached74.5%. The first five kinds of diseases among them are High Blood Pressure, Cervical Spondylosis, Lunbar Disc Herniation, Tummy Bug and Cholecyst Disease.The main problem is healthy poverty among middle-aged people in B village. Having too many kinds of diseases and lasting a long time, even having the risk of leading to some kind of terrible consequences, such as illness-caused poverty. The author use Amartya-Sen’s theory of capability to analysis. Mainly think that unhealth and the deprived capability is the most important reflection of no freedom of healthy which people faced.Apart from some population factors such as sexy and age, the prevalence of NCD in middle-aged villages can be affected by a series of diet structure, living habit, physical exercise, healthy knowledge and consciousness and so on. Unhealthy living and behavioral habit influence most. In summary, health needs to be maintained as a basic right. From the point of the ultimate development of our society, enhance the capability through social arrangements is the key to solve healthy problems in middle-aged people.
