With the development of economic and society, health care and social security mechanisms continue to improve and the average life expectancy has been extended in China. Because the willing of married among young man and the birth rate is decreasing, the proportion of the elderly population is increasing. At the same time, the one-child parents are going into old age, and the imbalance of economic development makes the difference of life, education and environmental level in different regions bigger. More and more children choose to be far from home to work and life, leading to a sharp increase in the number of Empty Nester. Empty Nester quantity continues to rise. How to meet the various needs of Empty Nester produces a great challenge to the endowment ability of our country. Empty Nester community endowment service is a new exploration to solve Empty Nester endowment problem, which is different from the family retirement and old-age pension agency and has its unique advantages in many aspects.Based on the research of literature, this paper concludes six most important components for Empty Nester endowment service satisfaction through questionnaire survey on more than100Empty Nesters in X street in Shahekou area, interviews with some Empty Nesters and pension workers and analysis of statistics data. These six most important components are life convenient service, medical service, nursing services, leisure services, emotional service and psychological services. Then this paper analyzes the causes of existing problems and suggests seven measures to improve the life of Empty Nesters in Shahekou District. First, build Empty Nester participation platform. Second, strengthen the communication with the Empty Nester. Third, provide more services. Forth, build better community facilities. Fifth, improve work efficiency. Sixth, make service providers diversity. Seventh, strengthen the service personnel construction.
