A Research About Social Senior Caring Issue Participated By The Community Organization Of Zhongshan District In Dalian

With the influence of Family Planning Policy, China enters into ageing society since1981. It is believed that the proportion of ageing population will exceed Japan in2030, and China will be the largest ageing society of the world by then. Given community’s support role in the process of ageing society, this paper focuses on social organization’s participation in community nursing. Survey method will be applied in case study of social organizations’ situation, and certain organizations in Zhongshan District in Dalian are specifically selected. And finally, the purpose of this research will also be presenting a picture of community nursing service for other similar cities.This paper is based on studies both domestic and abroad, by analyzing developed patterns and observing community nursing reality in Zhongshan, this paper tries to reveal the living status, difficulties and possible direction of social organizations, by analyzing their structure, participating patterns and operation status. Most importantly, this paper will elaborate a mode of Social Community Nursing innovatively, and this mode requires the involvement of government, individual, social organization and community.The value of this paper will be proved in practice when government cooperates with social organizations in community nursing. Because this mode will not only assure government’s duty, but also boost the development of social organizations, which brings a promising future of aging nursing in China.
