Explore The Model Of Rural Urbanization Taking The Town Of Zhu Jiapu As An Example

Rural urbanization is a subject of great practical significance, which related toChina’s socialist modernization construction. Rural urbanization is a kind of specialform under the national conditions of our country, is of great significance to thesolved thoroughly and promote the all-round development of our social economy andthe "three rural issues". Speeding up the process of rural urbanization, reform andperfect the restriction of rural urbanization development system and mechanism, isconducive to the development of agricultural modernization, and the development ofrural economy social undertakings and rural construction, also，it is conducive toreducing the number of farmers and improving the quality of peasants. Chinesesixteen CPC Central Committee Fifth Plenary Session has proposed the strategicdecision of building a new socialist countryside, the aim was promoting to coordinatethe comprehensive development of rural, and solve the "three rural issues". It is notdifficult to see from the successful experience of foreign countries, ruralurbanization is inevitable trend for the construction of a new countryside, the newrural construction and the rural urbanization, their final destination are were same. Inthis paper, through the research on the theory of rural urbanization construction, andanalyzes the present situation of rural urbanization development of Zhu Jia Pu, basicon the analysis of the advanced experience of foreign developed countries in contrast,and some successful experiences in rural urbanization research combined domesticdeveloped area, finally，we can find out some problems in the process of China’srural urbanization,at present. This paper argues that the main difficulties in theprocess of rural urbanization were rural land circulation policy support, and thetransfer of rural labor force education and training is not enough, the householdregistration system is not perfect, lack of planning in city development, investment isnot enough, and the rural social security system is not perfect, investment andfinancing channel is not smooth, irrational industrial structure,etc. In this paper,through the analysis of current situation of rural town of Zhu Jia Pu, conducting theresearch to the plight of rural urbanization we have to face, combined with theworking practice and the urbanization theory, this paper respectively from the systeminfrastructure and the actual operation level, puting forward that how to improve thesupporting system of the rural urbanization, and how to promote the rural urbanization construction,then the paper give some advices respectively from theplanning guiding, the household registration system innovation and improve the basicpublic service system, innovate the investment and financing mode, adjust theindustrial structure and stimulate the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in suchaspects as the forward-looking and operability for rural urbanization countermeasuresand suggestions, in order to make up for deficiencies and shortage during the furtherdevelopment of urbanization,and accelerating the pace of development of ruralurbanization., providing some useful inspiration innovation and promoting thecomprehensive construction well-off society goal and goal of strategy of the thirdpace.smoothly realizated.
