The Research About New-generation Migrant Workers’ Ideological And Political Under The New-style Urbanization Process

New-generation migrant workers are not only the key group in new urbanization of ourcountry, but also the hard core to propel new urbanization. Due to the long-term constraints ofwe Chinese "Dual Census Register System", the migrant workers’ historical problems havenot been better solved all the time, but in the new period’s new stage, new problems highlightagain silently in the new era. There’s no doubt that achieving the New urbanizationsimultaneously is the major method to figure the troubles of the farmer, rural areas andagriculture out, is the only way which must be passed to make a moderately prosperoussociety and socialist modernization come true, is a far-reaching significance to improve bothsocial equity, justice and the people’s common happiness as well.In this paper, based on scrupulous collating of the predecessors’ research andachievements, careful arrangements of the historical process of urbanization in our country,along with serious surveys of the new-generation migrant workers’ ideological and politicalperformances, and then try my best to do the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis intothis inquiry’s findings. As a result, I have found that the new generation of migrant workers’ aseries of encountered difficulties and existing problems in the Process of Urbanization, andthen put forward some relevant optimized strategies which adapt to era development andbenefit to the migrant workers’ physical and mental health.The first part of the thesis briefly analyzes Chinese urbanization process, introduces thenew-generation migrant workers’ historical chances, and then raises the significance, ideas,methods and innovations and etc. of the research. The second part mainly expounds thetheoretical overviews of the new generation of migrant workers in the urbanization process,defines two vital concepts respectively: one is "New-generation Migrant Workers", the otheris "New-style Urbanization", also combines the current research situations in and outsideChina systematically. The third part conducts corresponding questionnaire surveys’ designand implementation. Besides, with empirical analysis with SPSS19.0data statistical analysissoftware, we not only have the analysis and statistics about new-generation migrant workers’basic information, but also ideological and political works’ present conditions. The fourth partexplores the existing problems of the new generation of migrant workers’ ideological andpolitical works and finds out the reasons of that reduction works. The fifth part comes up withcorresponding improvement strategies about the new generation of migrant workers’ ideological and political works respectively in six aspects: strengthen ideological and politicalworks’ emphases, perfect its subject, enrich its content, innovate its approaches, last but notthe least enhance migrant workers’ own qualities. The sixth part is concise summary of thisresearch topic.Propelling the new urbanization as people oriented, the focus issue is the "three onehundred million people", the primary task is to promote the transform of one hundred millionrural population into townspeople, the key is to solve the migrant workers’ thought problems,the motivation is to propel them to integrate quickly into urbanization, and let them enjoy thesame chance as the urban residents to share a modern urban civilization.
