| With the upsurge of lawyers who entered into politics in Taiwan of China, moreand more lawyers entered into the political system.This paper firstly begins with thephenomenon of lawyers who entered into politics, thendefines the connotation andextension of the concept oflawyers and entering politics.The definition of the lawyers entering into politics, is a classification of servicesin the field of lawyers, meaning that the original professional services in the field oftraditional law (such as lawyers, prosecutors, professor of law, etc.), or somebodyequipped with professional knowledge of law, engaged in political service. Thedefinition is a good interpretation of the lawyers in politics, connecting laws andpolitics together. Political service may have be vague, in this paper, the definition ofpolitical service work only refers to service work within the system, included, whileservices outside the system, excluded, such as safeguarding rights of social welfareorganization are not included. Political lawyers discussed in this paper is also withinthe scope of this definition.As everyone knows, Roma cannot be built in one day.Thephenomenon thatlawyerswho entered into politics in Taiwan of China，is the product of historicalbackground, the catalytic material is determined by the specific historical event. Thispaper elaborates the history process of lawyers who entered into politics of theTaiwan in three aspects: the historical process, reasons and characteristics of lawyerswho entered into politics of the Taiwan.Based on general understanding of the lawyers who entered into politics ofTaiwan, this paper attempts to explore the impact of the lawyerswho entered politicsof Taiwan. Legal experts entered into politics or public life, not only to the spirit ofthe law to the infiltration of politics, but also promote the spirit of the lawpopularization of the whole society, while political figurescan attract more attentionthan ordinary people. If the lawyers become to be political leaders, legal impact onsociety will be greater and the whole society will become to be the governmentguiding by law.So the exercising of power will be in accordance with the principles of democracy and the rule of law. The real rule of law is not only the legal basis of theirrules, because the interpretation of the provisions are really easy to be explainedsubjectively and may be used for many different subjective purposes; but whendealing with legal issuesand the nature of legal provisions according to the inherentlogic and the rule of law, then the society will be governed by law. This paperanalyses inaspect of politics, legal and other aspects of the law and the public toexplain the social influence of lawyers who entered politics.Although more and more lawyers entering into politics in Taiwan, but there aremany existing problems and shortcomings. After all, the phenomenon that lawyersentering into politics appeared recently, the supporting systemhas not beenestablished perfectly. This paper elaborates the limitations of lawyers in Taiwanpolitics in three aspects: political environment，the shortcomings of legal education inTaiwanas well as inadequate participation of lawyers who entered politics in Taiwan.In this paper, the author also hopes that the suggestions may promoteparticipation of lawyers who entered politics in Taiwan of China. |
