As is reported in the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era thanks to the long-term efforts.On the basis of "comprehensively promoting the idea of ruling the country by law" proposed during the 18 th National Congress,new requirements have been put forward for the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics,pointing out that it is necessary to "uphold the rule of law in an all-round way." General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that governing the country according to law is the basic way for the party to lead the people and govern the country.Adhering to the rule of law in an all-round way is an important revolution in the governance of our country and the essential requirement and fundamental guarantee of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Persisting in the rule of law is the inevitable requirement for our country to embark on the road of modernization in governance system and governance ability.Education of ruling by law for secondary vocational school students is an important part of our country’s rule of law education for its citizens and a source of strength to insist on the rule of law in an all-round way.As reserve talents for national and social progress,secondary vocational school students’ rule of law education is an important factor affecting the process of adhering to the rule of law in an all-round way.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China that "we should firmly implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country with talents" and that "we should perfect the vocational education and training system",profoundly clarifying the development direction and road of the construction of the modern vocational education system.Strengthening the rule of law education for secondary vocational school students and improving their legal literacy are the inevitable requirements to promote the development of secondary vocational education.In the introduction part,this paper firstly expounds the reason and significance of selecting the topic and then summarizes the research results of some domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the rule of law education for secondary vocational school students.In the text,by means of literature analysis,field interview,questionnaire survey,data analysis and other methods,it is found that there are still many problems on the education of ruling by law for secondary vocational school students.It consists of four parts.The first is the outline of the education of the rule of law for secondary vocational students,which defines the connotation of secondary vocational schools,the rule of law,education of the rule of law and the rule of law for secondary vocational students.Second,the current situation and problems of secondary vocational school students’ rule of law education.The author uses the questionnaire survey and the field interview method to analyze the investigation objects and the investigation result,discovering that there are still many problems in the advancement of the education of ruling by law for current secondary vocational school students.Thirdly,analyze the existing problems and the reasons of the education of ruling by law for current secondary vocational school students through four aspects: the school,the family,the society and the characteristics of secondary vocational school students.Fourth,put forward the countermeasures on secondary vocational school students’ rule of law education.Generally speaking,to establish the concept of rule of law of secondary vocational school students and promote the awareness of law among secondary vocational school students,it is necessary to solve the problems encountered in the education of rule of law of secondary vocational school students from four aspects: school,family,society and students’ own subjective initiative.
