The Role Of Government In The Development Of Secondary Vocational Education In L City Research

The 2021 reaffirmed the importance of vocational education and advocated key reforms to promote a new pattern of vocational education development.Secondary Vocational Education is an important part of the education system and the opening of human resources.It plays an important role in the whole education system and plays an important role in promoting employment and entrepreneurship.At present,l city is in the critical period of industrial structure upgrading,forming a technology-based model of progress,the quality of employees and workers put forward higher requirements.The municipal government,as the manager and service provider of secondary vocational education,plays a key role in promoting the development of secondary vocational education in l city,and how the secondary vocational education adapts to the local economic development level and the requirement of local talents.From the perspective of Secondary Vocational Education,this paper studies the behavior problems of l municipal government in the promotion of secondary vocational education.This paper uses the methods of literature,Data Analysis,interview,Comparative Study,and combines the theory of public products and public choice.On the problems of Imperfect Laws and policies,unsound management system and unreasonable financial investment in the development of secondary vocational education,this paper analyzes the reasons of the unreasonable behavior of the government from the relations among the government,colleges and society,and provides the direction for l municipal government to promote the development of secondary vocational education.Finally,combining the results of the analysis to formulate targeted countermeasures,proposed that the local government needs to improve laws and regulations,improve,increase the investment of funds and other measures to further optimize the unreasonable behavior of the government in-service education,l City Secondary Vocational Education for the development of creating a good development environment,guide secondary vocational education to better serve the local economic development.
