Shanghai Private Pension Services Supply And Demand Forecasting And Countermeasures

Shanghai is one of the earliest cities in China to enter the aging population,and it is also the city with the deepest population aging in China.According to the Shanghai Research Center for Aging Research data,as of the end of 2015,Shanghai 60 years of age and older population accounts for 30.2% of the total population,aging gradually deepened.But with the economic and cultural development of Shanghai,the traditional home pension can no longer meet the current needs of the elderly pension.As a socialized old-age pension,institutional pension is favored by many elderly people and families because of its specialization and standardization.Ministry of Civil Affairs issued the "social old-age service system construction" second Five-Year Plan "put forward the" 9073 "pension goals,the recent release of the cause of aging in Shanghai" thirteen "plan also proposed pension institutions to reach 16 million Zhang’s goal,the Ministry of Civil Affairs has also introduced the promotion of private capital into the pension service industry-related policies.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study how to further emancipate the mind and attract more private capital to develop private pension institutions on the basis of the development of existing pension institutions,so as to realize the goal of balancing the supply and demand of pension institutions.This paper uses the new public management theory and the demand level theory to analyze the supply and demand of the private aged care service in Shanghai by means of the forecast analysis and the empirical investigation method,taking Shanghai private old-age service institution as the research object.The first part of this paper is to review the relevant concepts and literature research of private pension service institutions,and then to know the development status and supply and demand situation of Shanghai private pension institutions through field research.According to the requirement of "9073",the number of beds in pension institutions was forecasted by using BP neural network,and the beds were predicted by the beds The number of demand and the number of forecasts,so that the number of private pension institutions in Shanghai to find the supply and demand gap in the number of beds.Finally,by analyzing the bottlenecks and causes of private pension institutions in Shanghai,and drawing on the experiences of private pension institutions at home and abroad,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the development of private pension institutions on the basis of clarifying the development orientation of various types of pension institutions,So that the Shanghai pension service agencies tend to balance the supply and demand.This paper analyzes and forecasts the supply and demand of private pension institutions in Shanghai,and puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the development of private pension institutions from the perspectives of government,private pension agencies and society.The research of this paper is helpful to promote the development of private pension institutions and alleviate the problem of supply and demand of nursing institutions in Shanghai,which is of practical significance.
