Among it appeared outstanding talents, such as Liang shu-ming, Yan Yangchu, Lu Zuofu and so on.During the Republic of China, the hometown of Xiong Shihui, who once was chairman of Jiangxi Province, also carried out country side building led by Jiangxi Agricultural Improvement Community------WanJiaBu experimental movement. This experimental movement is far from better than that experimental movement advocated and held by Liang shu-ming andYan Yangchu, however, it had extraordinary feature, compared with other country side building. It was directly set up and led by the government of the Republic. It was close to the capital of Jiangxi province, Nanchang. The political purpose of WanJiaBu experimental movement was rather strong. Compared with experimental movement advocated and held by Liang shu-ming andYan Yangchu, These features made WanJiaBu experimental movement have less effect, but it had a lot of similarity with the construction of the new countryside. Moreover, the experimental experience and lessons of WanJiaBu experimental movement are easily adopted by the new country side at present.Through the historical evolution before and after WanJiaBu experimental movement, the article aims to political power being carried out in the area of WanJiaBu-----from the autonomous district; town; lu and Lin to state power nature of area; Baolian and Baojia structure. After the victory against the Japanese, there didn’t appear representative country side construction movement, which was related to fully preparing for the civil war by the Republic of China. From it, we can see that the country side construction movement didn’t attract people’s attention at that time. Therefore, it was hard to develop it successfully. WanJiaBu experimental area is an exploration to modernization of rural countries. The current construction of new countryside is also a practice of China’s rural modernization. Although they are not the same strain, we can also get benefits from the predecessors, and make full use off our own advantages from learning and comparing. It is a long way to realize the construction of countries and modernization of countries. There still needs several generations to explore and study from the ancient to the modern, in the course of a long history.
