As women plays a very important role in human society, Accordingly, women's career development has become the focus of the whole society. Equality between the sexes is the safeguard of employment legal rights of women in need, also is the topic of constructing harmonious society should be meaning. In order to safeguard the lawful rights and interests of women, it is very important to realize the equality between men and women,and our constitution expressly provides equal right to employment. In addition, the protection of women's rights "employment promotion law", "labor law" and so on a series of laws and regulations on the employment rights and women made the corresponding guarantee. But because the legal system is not perfect, the absence of the legal supervision, the influence of traditional employment concept, and women have disadvantages in physiology, psychological and physical structure, leading to the difference between men and women employed in practice discrimination of female employment Settings to the phenomenon of artificial barriers still common. Female employment problem cannot be ignored. This paper based on the investigation and analysis of the employment status in women as a starting point, discussed the current to cover the women in our country and the problems in the course of employment, generated the root of the problems and solution to these problems, in order to the legislature able to formulate more reasonable and can get effective rule of law, public attention to the problem can produce, and finally achieve equality between the sexes to jobs and industries of fair competition between internal environment. To survey, experience, descriptive study as the main research method etc. Conclusions:the women in our country to cover and employment process was serious gender discrimination and many the employing units will women rejected or its limit, low technical content in those who pay less departments and posts. Chinese women's right of equality employment, suffered serious violations. This paper is the innovation points with various kinds of investigation data and network feedback as the foundation, the author himself and the surrounding people experience a more objective real reflects our women's employment status. In this paper are as follows:first, the structure of the article expounds the present situation of employment, and points out that women in women in employment barriers and produce these obstacles reasons; Secondly, analyzed the sex discrimination in employment for women and the whole society effect; Again, introduction and abroad and some reference in dealing with the developed areas in women's employment issues and achievements of advanced experience; Finally, the emphasis from legal and practical perspectives in the analysis on how to properly solve the problem of employment, women to eliminate sex discrimination in employment.
