Research On Community Management In Rural Areas Of Yueqing City

Rural community is an important section for China’s improvement rural construction. In the process of the traditional village construction to become the new rural community, rural community is greatly conducive to enhancing the vitality of rural, improving rural public service level, promoting the prosperity and development of rural undertakings also; meantime it is conducive to the development of urban and rural areas, and promotion of the building of a new socialist countryside.For a long time, community management in China mainly concentrated in the city community, on the other hand the rural community management is still in the basic and primary stage in the national scope, there are still a lot of requiement to develop and perfect the condition. This paper took the rural community management of Yueqing city of Zhejiang Province as an example, made a systematic analysis on the rural community management, so that to find out the keys of the problem of rural community management, and advise the suggestions. The main research content is as below:The first chapter is introduction, it researched on community management in rural areas of Yueqing city to promote the positive significance of the transformation of Yueqing City, the new rural construction, urban and rural integration and government functions, combing the domestic and international research on rural community and its shortcomings, then to scientifically define the concept of rural community.The rural community management theory is in the second chapter, also discussion of the new public management theory, the theory of good governance and self organization theory and its content, so that to promote the construction of rural community management.Analysis of the rural community management of Yueqing City is in the third chapter. Introduces the rural community management institutions in Yueqing City, and major function of administrative agency; and main achievements on the rural community management of Yueqing city was analyzed too.On the fourth chapter this paper reserached on the existing problem and reason of rural community management of Yueqing City in the basis of the survey data, researched on the rural community management existed in Yueqing city government on the rural community management such as unclear and unknown the way how to take part in the management of rural community management, further to found the reason what caused these issues.The fifth chapter is to improve and strengthen the rural community management countermeasures and suggestions in Yueqing City. We should change the thinking, to improve the government in the rural community management behavior, strengthen management, strengthen the rural community management level fundamentally, improve the quality of rural community residents, expanding the participation of residents, formed a set of suitable for rural Yueqing city community management mode of operation.
