The Preliminary Of ISMS Introduced In Our Government

With the advent of the information age, information security has gradually becomea new field of national security. At present, the defense ability of information security isin the junior stage of development in our country, and lots of information systems areextremely fragile, especially, the information security of government departments,which have a lot of security risks. After applied and putted into practice for many years,Information Security Management Systems have developed as a suit of whole andeffective tools in other domains. However, the application of ISMS is also a hot-pointproblem in E-government systems of government departments. It’s based on to researchthe way of introducing ISMS into government, and to research the introduction ofimproved risk management through examples of practice system construction.The thesis is divided into five parts:ChapterⅠ: The main content of ISMS, and the theoretical basis of introduction ofthe system. This chapter firstly gives a brief introduction of ISMS. Secondly, elaboratesthe theoretical basis on government sector introducing ISMS, which including safetygovernment theory, information security theory, comprehensive risk managementtheory.ChapterⅡ: Analysis the necessity and feasibility of the introduction of ISMS bygovernment. This chapter mainly elaborated the important significance and feasibility ofour government introducing the ISMS.ChapterⅢ: The present situation of Suzhou entry-exit inspection and quarantinebureau introduce in the ISMS, including the establishment of ISMS in Suzhou entry-exitinspection and quarantine bureau and the effect that have achieved.ChapterⅣ: The predicament of the introduction of ISMS. Mainly analyze the predicament of the introduction of ISMS in theory and in practice.ChapterⅤ: Make the strategies to improve the ISMS of Suzhou CIQ. Mainlyanalyze the principle and the path of the ISMS.
