Study On Issues As To The Role Of Dafeng Government In Exploring The Industry Of Marine Organism

The industry of marine organism, a new strategic industry, has been developingrapidly and prosperously in past over ten years. In order to support the development,local government shall, under the premise of warranting the decisive role of resourceallocation on the market, respect the laws of industrial development and market, definegovernment functions and set its operation rules. At the same time, through themeasures of industrial planning guidance, infrastructure setting, brand building,sufficient finance support and reinforcement of science and research, it shall alsoregulate, direct, normalize, coordinate, serve the industry of marine organism tostimulate the vigor of enterprise, and then to realize ultimate best development. In theearly stage of socialism, especially the current key period of comprehensive anddeepened reform, and upgrade of industrial transformation, the new industry of marineorganism is playing a strategic and irreplaceable role in promoting domestic economyand social development.
