As an important market segmentation of the modern service industry, the old consumer market has been increasingly concerned by government and enterprises. A potential market of high-end institutional old-aged caring is coming with the rising of economics and the aging of China. The consumers of high-end old-aged caring who have more spare money will schedule their rest life and try to enjoy life more. In this period of time, high-end institutional old-aged caring will be popular due to the satisfying of their health demand, which traditional institutional old-aged caring is unable to do. By satisfying the increasing demand of high quality old aged caring, it’s no doubt that the rising of high-end old aged caring is the result of social development. In this situation, find out the constraints of high-end old aged caring and stimulate the consuming of old aged caring has become the common focus in the old aged caring industry and academia.From the perspective of old consumers, this thesis discusses the high-end old aged Consume willingness and influencing factors. Through to the massive domestic and foreign literature reading and summarizing, combined with the actual situation of high-end old aged caring, and the introduction of reference group influence and consumer identity and other related theory, a theoretical model of influence factors of high-end old-age consumer behavior intention is constructed. The influencing factors of old consumers’ high-end old aged caring and the influence degree is discussed at the end.In the empirical study, through the small sample prediction, the formal questionnaire was acquired through the modifications of the questionnaire. Based on this, the recycling228effective questionnaire have empirical analysis through the SPSS19.0and Amos17.0. The empirical results show that:(1) the consume intention will be influenced by four variables:consume attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, consume identity;(2) the consume attitude has a significant positive effect on consume intention;(3) the subjective norm has a direct positive effect on consumer intention, and an indirect influence on consume intention through consumption attitude;(4) consume identity has a direct positive effect on consumer intention, and an indirect influence on consume intention by the consumer attitude;(5) perceived behavioral control only has indirect effect on consume intention through consume attitude. Finally, this study discussed the results and reasons of the hypothesis, the significance and limitations of this study.
