Research On The Strategies Of Government Reponses To The Inquiry About Politics In Networks From The View Of Governance Theory

With the wide spread of information technology, the government information technology and e-government construction has made great strides. Citizens’awareness of participation and discussing in public affairs is gradually awakening.The examples that Internet users participate in politics is gradually increasing. The internet provides the public with the channels and space that they can express freely. Network of political action, as the carrier of the information society and the means of information exchanges, create an atmosphere that government will listen to public opinion by virtue of their following qualities:openness, convenience, interactivity, richness of information and diversity of services. The thesis focuses on the hot social issue--network of political action. Through specific cases, it attempts to explain the possibility, manifestations, and the influence to the action effectiveness, when the theory of governance is used in network of political action., and then proposes how the government should deal with the voice of people from the network, in order to make a better expression for the voice.The thesis contains altogether fourth chapters:Chapter one, it makes a definition of concept about network of political action, and elaborates the related theories.
