Research On The Response Mechanism Of Local Government Network Governance In The Era Of Big Data

With the development of Internet technology,all kinds of new media have emerged.Nowadays,the network has become an integral part of the daily work and life of the general public,so network politics arises at the historic moment.Network Politics provides a new platform for the public to participate in and discuss politics.The government has begun to implement the mode of electronic governance.The public has more voice than under the support of traditional media,the communication between the government and the public is more smooth,and the work of government departments is more effective.However,due to the rapid development of the era of big data,the late start of network politics in China,and the short time of network politics in some underdeveloped regions,it can not meet the new requirements of the current era.In order to make the network politics move forward in a good direction,we need not only the active and rational participation of the public,but also the high attention of the government,and strengthen the construction of the response mechanism.In recent years,although the network political inquiry in various regions of China has been carried out smoothly,there are still some problems in the response mechanism.Therefore,in order to improve the construction of local government network political response mechanism,this paper selects Z City as the research object.Z city is located in the underdeveloped areas.Although the city government has established the corresponding basic operation platform and response mechanism in the process of implementing network political response,from the perspective of deeply promoting the construction of digital government and adapting to the high standard of the era of big data,the current Z city is facing great challenges The construction of the city’s network political response mechanism still needs to be improved.Based on the empirical investigation of the response mechanism of network political inquiry in Z City,the author finds that there are four problems in the response mechanism of network political inquiry in Z City: weak response consciousness of response subject,slow response process,not paying attention to the feedback of political inquiry results,relevant linkage mechanism and imperfect laws and regulations.In order to adapt to the development of digital government and the need of "Internet plus government service" in the new era,the author thinks that we can improve the mechanism of response from four aspects: enhancing the response consciousness of the responsing subject,building a high level scientific and technological platform for government affairs,attaching importance to the feedback of government’s results and perfecting related linkage mechanisms.
