Research Report On Management Of Dalian Xigang District M Community

This article based on the resource dependence theory of organizing research, through investigating the relationship between community residents’evaluation of the community life quality and the community resources, reveals the current situation of community management and analyzes the embedding environmental problem of community management to provide exploratory knowledge and advice for Dalian urban community construction.The research adopts the method of literature collection, questionnaire surveys interviews surveys and statistical analysis to conduct a survey about the management situation of M community in Dalian Xigang district, and find some problems like the government improper intervention in community; insufficient supply of community resources, the improper match of supply and demand of community resource; the defective community management structure, which leads to the difficulty in the community management operation and the invalid support towards community management from social governance framework. This article analyzes the causes of the problems above.According to our national condition, the relationship between government and the community remodel constantly in the process of urbanization. With the rapid development and changes of the society, it is still difficult for our country to straighten the relationship between government and the community in the short term and intervene in the community management systematically and properly; The local government lacks of motivation to invest in improvement of community governance; the reform space is limited; the function of the committees to serve the residents of the community are weak and the property market mechanism of current residential quarters is incomplete. All these tend to cause market failure, community committees in the absence of community management along with lag and inadequate of community management structure construction.In response to these existing problems and the cause analysis, the author proposes strategies and suggestions from the following three aspects:identify the role of government in community management; re-strengthen the role of community service in residential service and community management; support community management through construction of social governance framework, hoping to contribute to China’s urban community construction.
