Survey On Current Status Of Social Organizations Participating In Community Management In Dalian City

With the development of economy in Dalian, social organizations of Dalian whose quantities and scales are expanding have got a good development and become the important part of community management. Social organizations have advantages of concentrating resources and contacting with community residents. These social organizations not only built up its own but also service community residents in the process of participating in community management; meanwhile, they also expand their influence. Due to the short history and premature development, there are some bottleneck problems and weak links. So researching and analyzing deeply the current status of social organizations participating in community management in Dalian, evaluating it scientifically and seasonally, gathering completely the problems and causes formed in the practices to target the improving suggestions based on the governance theory.Firstly, in this paper the interview investigation method is used to survey the residents in Dalian community from three aspects such as the attention of government, participation of residents, agreement identification of social organizations and so on. Residents’real attitudes and actual effects on social organizations participating in community management are learned.Secondly, finding out some problems in the process of social organizations participating in community management including three aspects of government, residents and social organizations, and analyzing and mining dates by PASW Statistics18.0; analyzing about cause of formation from missing law system, poor management mechanisms, and weak social support and so on.Finally, suit the remedy to the case, some measurements are put forwarded such as perfecting the law system, strengthening self-construction, cultivating residents’responsibility consciousness and self-government spirits in order not only to make social organizations of Dalian bring advantages and functions and participate in community management effectively,but also to provide references to the social organizations across the country.
